We have beds for 45 people booked (15 triple rooms) at the Novotel in the city centre, we need to know who is going to take these spaces ASAP, any more than 45 and you will have to book your room separately.

Price is £72 per triple room so thats £24 each. You dont need to book or anything just let us know you want a room and we will put you on the list. The price does not include breakfast.

There is a 2 week cancellation period so DO NOT say you will come and then back out without 2 weeks notice otherwise we will still have to pay for the room.
